What is Inventory Overview?
The Inventory Overview page shows current stock levels for tracked items at a selected store location. Use it to spot low stock, compare available quantity against thresholds, and export or print a snapshot for audits.
Who has access to these?
All logged-in Food-Ease Office users can open Overview under Inventory. No special permission is required.
How to open Inventory Overview And checking for low stock?
NB: Logins for POS page is different from Office page.
- Log in to Food-Ease Office with your Credentials.
- Sidebar → Inventory → Overview.
- On the left hand drop down after clicking displays All item groups and on the right displays a drop down of unselected location.
- After selection is made, a yellow box displayed in the middle "Get item Stock".
- All items for that location displays and you can use the search button displayed to find the actual item that is low on availability of stock.
